Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at . If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions
Custom and personalised items cannot be returned. Each DURÉNE watch is handbuilt to order — please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
